So it’s been a pretty eventful week around here. First and foremost, Thank You, Father, again for keeping our granddaughter safe this week. Thank you to our family nearby who were there to lend support in so many ways and thank you to friends who reached out via phone and text and were on the ground eyes for us. We are so blessed and so incredibly thankful to so many. Father shows us that His children are still one with each other. We will overcome the challenges that come before us. Thank you Father for bringing your children together.
So, I thought today, let’s veg a little and just enjoy some wonderful music as we start the weekend, this Mother’s Day weekend. This song by Jim Brickman is so special. The title of it is “A Mother’s Day”, however, I refer to it as “I Love You, Mom”.
As we go into this weekend, I say again, as I’ve said a lot this week, hug your family, especially your mom if she’s still with you, thank God for your blessings, and enjoy the special time that Father has given.
Words simply cannot express the thanks I have for all of you who have lifted our family in prayer these past few days. However, know that I pray each and every day for all of you π .
Luke 6:38
Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.
