I’ve mentioned many times in this little blog that one of my most favorite times is Saturday mornings. Things are very quiet around our little community. When I sit on the lanai, (patio), I can hear the wildlife, the birds are chatting, and an occasional otter can be seen looking for breakfast in our little lake out back, it’s just a very peaceful time. This is such a perfect time to sit and chat with Father.

It’s been a busy week and as I looked outside this morning and saw the stillness of everything, I felt a little more relaxed. Yes, a perfect time to sit and have a chat with Father.

I really don’t have a “message” for today’s little blog. I just want to encourage everyone to carve out a little time to spend with Him today. Pour yourself a cup of coffee, find a quiet place, maybe on your patio, back deck, or just a little corner in your home, wherever you are, spend a little time talking with Father. Share your joy, your concern, your fears, ask for forgiveness, ask for strength, whatever your heart is needing right now, share it. Build that closer relationship with Him. He knows our hearts, He knows our thoughts and He is always here to guide us and heal us.

So, friends, I wish you a wonderful Saturday and hope your time with Father is as meaningful as mine is 🙂 .
