Yesterday I had to run an errand and on my way home I passed a church that had a saying posted on the sign out front. It read, “Faith is like muscle, the more you feed it and the more you use it, the stronger it becomes”. Well, that pretty much sums it up! I guess I can end today’s little blog right here 🙂 .

I think that really does just about cover it though. I mean truly the more we use our faith, the more that we build our relationship with Father, the stronger that faith becomes, actually the stronger we become.

I know though some days it’s not that easy to just believe and all will be ok. We are humans, and satan loves to toy with us. He takes great pride in making his way into our heads and batting us around like a cat with a mouse. If though, we can make ourselves just stop as soon as we recognize that satan has stepped in, turn to Father, and ask, “A little help here God”, the sooner we do that, the stronger we become and the weaker satan becomes. That I think is what we miss sometimes. Every time we recognize satan at work and we denounce him and call on Father, move closer to Father, then satan actually gets weaker. And…I’m guessing he gets a little more perturbed, I’m ok with that 🙂 .

God tells us over and over again in the bible to Fear Not. He asks us over and over to just believe in Him and He will always be with us. We got this, my friends, we really do. Let’s keep feeding and exercising our faith. God is with us, he will never forsake us. The stronger our relationship gets with Him, the stronger our faith gets, the weaker satan gets.
