Sometimes I come here to this little blog and have all the words ready to go. Sometimes I come here to this little blog and have no idea what to say. Sometimes I come here to this little blog and know that it’s ok if what I say isn’t lengthy, isn’t profound, (well that’s most times), but rather it’s just simple and much needed.

Today, I just want to share a prayer to anyone who needs it. So many people going through so much right now that I think this little blog today is simple and needed. We all need prayers, we all need Father’s love, guidance, and strength. So, for anyone who needs it this morning, I just lift this little prayer.

Father, we come here this morning as we start our day to simply ask that you watch over us this day. Guide us Lord in all that we do. May we show your loving kindness through our words and in our actions. Father please heal the hearts of those who are experiencing loss, help them to know that they are not alone and that you are there holding them close. For those who are sick Lord, please bring your healing spirit into their bodies and make them whole again. Strengthen us on this journey Father, that we may stand firm against evil and sin knowing that through you we will have eternal life. Help us Father to be children with whom you are well pleased. Bless us, keep us, guide us, and protect us, Lord. Through your Son our Lord Jesus Christ’s holy name, we pray. Amen.

Friends, I wish you a great day, one filled with things accomplished, smiles shared and memories made. Take heart in knowing that our Lord is with us always and that together we can overcome. Thank you as always for your amazing support of this simple little blog 🙂 .
