Last night I fell into a pretty deep sleep, which is unusual for me. I’m a pretty light sleeper. Anyway, I was having a dream at one point and I woke up with a start, hearing the words clearly, Thank You. I almost immediately thought, “Ok, that’s the title of the little blog tomorrow morning”. 

I fell back asleep and again went into dreaming and before I knew it the alarm clock was going off. Now, I have to tell you it has been months since my husband and I have awakened to an alarm clock. One of us wakes up usually way before the alarm and we just turn them off as we get up. Not this morning. I awakened with a start and jumped out of bed. I’m really not a fan of waking up that way.

So now, back to the Thank You I heard earlier in the night. I have to admit, I’m not remembering what was happening in the dream, only that I vividly heard those words. I asked Father this morning when I sat with Him, to please share why I heard them, and what message I am to share today. I think the message was simple, give thanks for everything. Give thanks for family, friends, fur babies, sunrises, sunsets, etc. However, I think it also means, giving thanks for the difficult times as well, because those times are what make us stronger. I don’t think Father created us to be weak. Quite the opposite, He created us to be strong, confident in His love, and willing to share it wherever we are.

The bible verse from Ephesians that I share below, well that pretty much sums it up I guess. In everything give thanks. So this morning friends, I also say Thank You to you for your continued support of this little blog. And remember, Father is with us always and in everything we do.
