It might be a short little blog this morning. You see I found myself on the lanai with Father a little longer. This morning it just felt good, well even better than other days, it felt good to just sit and be in conversation with Him. I guess as our relationship with God strengthens, actually a better word deepens, as our relationship with Him deepens, it makes sense that our time with Him increases. I know I find myself talking with Father throughout the day, not just in the mornings and evenings. I’m chatting with Him for guidance, saying prayers for people I hear about during the day, asking for strength in difficult times, and thanking Him when those little gifts make themselves known throughout the day.

So this morning, I found myself spending a little more time chatting, rather than sitting here typing as I normally would. When I think more about that, I’m guessing this was the plan that Father had for me today anyway. I can hear Him say, “Spend time with me to share with others”. Well, that’s an easy one I guess. Friends, I come here daily just to share some experiences, some thoughts, and occasionally even a cool sunrise or sunset. At the end of the day, what I’m trying to share most is that Father is here among us and loves us. He wants a loving relationship with each and every person. We were all created in His image, He loves unconditionally and wants us to know that love, and more importantly to share it with others. As our relationship with Him deepens, so will our faith, so will our strength and so will our love. What a truly priceless gift that can so easily be given to others.

So yes, a short little blog this morning, with a message that when we put Father first, the rest falls into place. When we let our relationship with Him deepen, and our love deepen, then may we be moved to share it with others. Have an awesome day my friends, and just put Him first 🙂 .
