Mom

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the moms out there! There is a song by Jim Brickman that pretty much says it all when it comes to being a mom. As mothers, I think we want to know that our children are safe and loved and that they grow up being the best they can be. We want to see that they have the love of Father in them and they share it. We want to know that they have the best interest of others in their heart and that we’ve kept them from making the same silly mistakes we made as kids. We want to know that we’ve instilled values and integrity in them. And…we want to one day watch them grow into wonderful parents, raising their own children πŸ™‚ .

So this morning, I lift a prayer for mothers everywhere. I say an “I Love You” to my own mom who watches from above, and another “I Love You” to my kids.

If you are a mom reading this, even if you’re not, enjoy this sweet song this morning by Jim Brickman. Have a great day my friends πŸ™‚ .

Proverbs 23:25
Let your father and mother be glad; let her who bore you rejoice.
