Let Father Have It

It’s funny how we humans think sometimes? I know that is kind of an open-ended and even loaded question. Let me be a little more specific. We think we can control so much, and have so much under control. One of these days we really will, or at least I will, come to the realization that it’s easier to lean on Him than try to carry burdens myself.

I come here most mornings just trying to share a small message that Father is here for us. I try to share a message of hope and strength in times when we need it most. I try to share my thoughts that Father does have expectations of our relationship with Him, which I believe he does. I feel my relationship with Him every day, however, I’m still growing in that relationship and always will be. Part of that growth is constant reminders that He is always there and that everything is connected to Him.

So, when difficult situations arise when I’m feeling down or overwhelmed, He is there and ready to help. My problem is, (refer to first paragraph), I don’t stop and ask for His guidance and help. Even with the strong relationship I feel I have, taking the time let Father have it first, well it’s not what I do most of the time. That’s where those constant reminders come in. I’m sure He thinks to himself sometimes, “Hello…I’m right here look at me”.

Well, friends, we are all growing in our relationship with Father. We have to let Him have all of us, not just the difficult times, but the good times too. We have to constantly remind ourselves that He is here and is ready to help us grow in our relationship. So, let’s let Him have it, meaning all of us. Let’s be there to remind each other, “Let Father Have It”.

Have a great day my friends, and thank you so much for your support each day with this little blog 🙂 .

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
