Several weeks ago I talked about a group of friends communicating regularly through a group text. We frequently lift prayers for each other when needed, provide an encouraging word, or give hearty congrats when great things happen. One morning a member of our group posted a link to a wonderful song. Then another link was shared by someone else to a different uplifting song, and then another. It was a great way to start the day.

I’ve added these songs to my playlist and I find myself listening to them almost daily now. One particular song, titled Confidence, has been stuck in my head for several weeks now. It has a great message and I’m OK with repeating that message frequently to myself.

I thought I’d share this song, (it’s a short tune, barely three minutes), with you all today as we begin a new week. The message is one I think we can all use right now, asking Father to give us Faith, Hope, and Confidence to face the challenges that come our way each day. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

Friends, I also want to say thank you for the prayers you lifted after this little blog post yesterday. I talked with my brother yesterday afternoon and he is making good progress in the right direction 🙂 . Prayers were heard and Father is healing as He always does.
