INSPIRASUNS

It is indeed the dawn of a new day. Yesterday was another day filled with emotion as we come together to help those in need in the states affected by Helene. What was so wonderful though, the connections that have been made to share with others. This person has that friend, who knows someone there, who has a volunteer that will take this to the people in need. The stories of God’s children helping each other, well they are growing. The prayers being lifted, you can actually feel them.

This morning I just offer this passage from Isaiah. As a new day dawns many will need to muster all the strength they can just to put one foot in front of the other. You know what, you don’t have to take those steps alone. Father walks beside you and will never lead your side.

Isaiah 40:29-31
He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak.
Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.

Friends, continue to lift prayers for the southeast. Lift prayers for this nation, that we continue to come together to help those who need it most. Hey, say a prayer for Verizon, (OY, nationwide service failure yesterday), don’t they need it! Sorry, just a little humor, we gotta laugh through the challenges.
