My husband and I were talking at dinner last night, trying to nail down things we needed to get done this weekend. It’s a busy weekend on tap and we’re trying to squeeze in Christmas shopping. You know how it goes, if you’re going to get gifts where they need to be, you gotta get stuff in the mail 🙂 . Well, as we talked I realized we are less than two weeks away from Christmas…WHAT???!!! Of course, my husband had to accent that point by saying, “I don’t think we’ve ever waited this long to start shopping”. Ya, that didn’t help!

Ok, let’s look at the positive this morning. Yes, my shopping timeline is just a little shorter than I’d like, however, being this close to Christmas does mean I can share one of my favorite Christmas tunes with you all 🙂 . It’s funny, I really haven’t listened to much Christmas music this season, although I did just group my thumb drive to plug into the car this morning. So, hopefully this will be a nice treat for all of us!

God gave the gift of song to His Children. I’m in awe of the voice that so many have to sing so beautifully. May this song bring a wonderful start to your day and may your day be filled with the songs of the season!
