A Classic for a Sunday

If you’ve read this little blog for very long you know that occasionally I like to toss in a tune here and there. It’s funny because I can listen to what some would call “praise music”, or the classic hymns from beautiful choirs, or country, or a little old time rock and roll, ya, I guess you could say I have a wide range of music likes. I don’t necessarily follow a particular group or performer, I just know what I like when I hear it and there are many times when I hear a tune, I have never even heard of the performer.

This morning as I was listening to some music before beginning this little blog, a beautiful rendition of a classic hymn started playing. And…this was one of those times when I realized I was not familiar with the group singing it. All I know is their version of Amazing Grace is simply one of the best that I have heard. Can’t think of a better way to start this Sunday than with this classic hymn.

Happy Sunday friends, may it be filled with music that makes your heart happy. Feel free to sing along with this one, or just listen to the beautiful voices that Father gifted to this group.

Ephesians 2:8
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God.
