The beginning of a new week. Yes, I think Sunday’s begin a new week. Think about it, if we start the week on Sunday, then that dreaded Monday doesn’t seem so bad does it? It’s all in how you choose to start the week that makes the difference.

What better way to start the week than with a little prayer to Father for guidance and direction. Well, actually, I start every day asking Him to guide my steps, but an extra boost for the week won’t hurt 🙂 .

Spend a little time today friends renewing yourself with Him. Let yourself have some quiet time just listening to what the Lord is guiding you to do. You might just find that you are looking forward to a new week ahead, rather than dreading the end to the weekend 🙂 .

Heavenly Father, as I prepare for the week ahead, I ask for Your guidance and direction. Show me where You want me to go and what You want me to do. Let Your Holy Spirit lead me in all of my decisions and actions. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen
