Added Boost

One of the blessings of this little blog for me, is the support you all give when extra prayers are needed. I’ve come here many times and asked that you lift individuals in prayer for various reasons. Over the past seven months, I’ve asked almost daily that you pray for the return of Emily Rea who went missing in MT on July 16th. I’ve come here to ask for prayer for people with illness, and those who have lost loved ones, and each time you all respond with such love, taking the time to lift prayers.  I believe, as I’ve shared before, that the more prayers are lifted in unison to Father for a particular reason, well, I just think it’s a chorus that will ring out in Heaven.

This morning friends I come to you again to ask for prayers. We got a text from our Godson last night. His father is in the hospital, very sick, in ICU battling pneumonia and several other issues. I’ve written about Brad in this little blog before. He’s a quiet man, he’s a doer, loves his boys, and has worked hard in his life. Brad isn’t a church goer and I’m not quite sure about his relationship with Jesus, what I know is that he totally supported our Godson in his growing relationship with our Lord.

So, friends, I come to you this morning to ask for prayers for Brad. Pray for the healing of his fragile body and that he might find rest and comfort through that healing. Pray for the doctors and the nurses, that Father may continue to gift them with knowledge and compassion as they heal those in need. Please pray for our Godson Colin, that Jesus will be next to him to comfort him as he deals with the emotions of concern and worry.

I believe that we can bring healing through our prayers. I’ve witnessed it first hand, Father’s answering of prayers for the sick. Jesus told us in the book of Mark that whatever we ask in prayer if we believe, it will be granted. Let us believe in the prayers we lift, they are powerful and so are we, when we believe.

Thank you my friends as always for answering the call when I ask for prayer, I am truly blessed 🙂 .

Mark 11:24
Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
