The Walk Continues

Wednesday of Holy Week. This was the day that Mary anointed Jesus’ feet with expensive perfume. It was also the day that Judas made the decision that he would betray Jesus. In this little blog, I simply share a prayer in preparation for the next days ahead, as we remember the final walk He made for us.

Heavenly Father, I come before You with a humble heart on this Holy Wednesday, seeking Your guidance and wisdom. As I reflect on the events of Holy Week, I am reminded of John 12:3, where Mary anointed Jesus’ feet with expensive perfume. May I, too, offer my life as a fragrant offering to You, O Lord. Help me to walk in the footsteps of Your only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, and prepare my soul for the joy of His resurrection on Easter Sunday. Grant me the strength to carry my cross, and forgive my sins, that I may share in Your eternal life. In Jesus Holy Name I pray Father, Amen.

Take a moment today friends to remember the walk He made, and the next few days ahead. Spend time with Him today and give thanks for His priceless gift.

John 16:33
I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.

Dearest Kim,God Bless you this day and always.  In response I offer this:Lord God,  As we walk the walk with your Son Jesus this week  As we tremble to think what Jesus knew,  Let us go forth,  As HE did.

Give us strength, we pray To follow faithfully, and with thy Grace,  To wash the feet of others,  As HE did.

To always remember Him, In the giving of his body And of His blood, for our sins, As He did.

To wait and watch through the night,  As we fear what might lie ahead, Let us find peace, As HE did.

And to forgive,  For they knew not  What they had done,  As HE did.

Give us grace to endure our troubles,  And in your mercy, Reveal to us the glory of your kingdom,  As HE did.

Through your son, Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with your and the Holy Spirit. AmenHave a blessed day my dear friend. SharonShar
