Just a simple little blog this morning. It’s been quite a few weeks, and this morning, when I was listening to my favorite playlist, this song came on. Wow, ya, I’d say it was timely.

Sometimes friends, all we can do is just be still. We have to be still and know that He is God, and He is working in all things. I know at times that is the hardest thing to do, be still and let Him work. We type A “doers”, well, that’s kind of the last thing we want, being still, I mean. Well, Father tells us this many times in the Bible, and we have to trust that He knows all.

So this morning, as you start your day and your week, I give you this beautiful song sung by CeCe Winans, “Be Still and Know”. I hope it touches you as it did me today. Thank you, Father, for the gift of this beautiful woman and her amazing voice. Thank you also, Father, for being with me every day. Help me to give all that I am to You for Your purpose.
