Coming to the end of a busy week that we are capping off with our annual, actually, it’s our 69th annual Christmas Market at church, this evening and tomorrow. I love this event where local businesses come and set up their booths with some of the most amazing items. Everything from clothing to jewelry, Christmas decor, and more. The proceeds go to our outreach programs, helping charitable organizations in our county. We all come together to give back.

So, I’m headed out the door early to get a jump on things. It’s a short little blog today for that reason. However, I wanted to share this song that is one of my favs. “Confidence” by Sanctus Real is a song that has such a wonderful message. It’s a song of strength and support that the Lord gives us when we call upon Him. Think about all those before us who, when faced with the most incredible challenges, overcame them, all because they had faith in our Lord, and…did as He commanded.

We, too, friends, can overcome those times when we feel like we’re the underdog. Lean into faith, and lean into Jesus. He’ll give us, as this song says, “Faith like Daniel, hope like Moses, and a heart like David”.
