Over the past few days, I’ve focused on children in this little blog. You all have lifted prayers for some little ones going through health challenges, and those prayers are being answered. Thank you again for taking the time to lift Joey and Briggs. Please keep them coming for continued healing.
Like many, I’ve had the Christmas music going this week. Yesterday I heard “Mary Did You Know” for the first time this season. That song always touches me, almost to the point of tears. It is such a beautiful song, and it shows the incredible trust that Mary had in Father. Did she actually know who her little baby was, and what He would become? I don’t know, but I know she trusted God with everything.
Today, I want to share a rendition of this beautiful song, sung by the One Voice Children’s Choir. Since we’re focusing on children this week, I thought this version was appropriate. And…can I just say, these kids knock it out of the park with this performance!
So friends, keep lifting prayers for the little ones, not just Joey and Briggs, but for all our children and youth. They are the greatest gift that Father gives to us. Let us treasure them.
Luke 1:38
And Mary said, “Behold, I am the servant of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word.” And the angel departed from her.
