Well, I think I could probably just end this little blog post with the title and a scripture verse and call it done for the day 🙂 .

I think I’ve shared here before that each morning when I sit down to write this little blog, I generally have an idea of what I want to share. I think about a title, and then the final step is to search all my past blogs (over three years of them), to make sure I haven’t used the title before. You’d be surprised how many times the title pops right up. I was certain that the title of today’s little blog, “You Are Not Alone,” would have been there, just because the message is so clear in the title. Nope, nothing, so here we are.

As I said, the title really does give us all we need for today. We are so not alone, and I realize that you all know that too. This morning, though, Father emphasized it even more, and I find myself so appreciating that reminder from Him.

I’ve gotten into listening to a fitness podcast while I walk in the morning. I like this particular podcast because the host is down-to-earth, she’s just a lady like me who wants to be healthy. She has guests who share their stories, again, real people who have been where I have been over the years with fitness. This morning, as I was finishing my walk and they were wrapping up their episode, they shared how happy they were that they were not alone on this journey. “There are others out there willing to share their stories and willing to support us along the way. We don’t have to do this alone”. Ding, ding, ding…blog title 🙂 .

Yes, it came to me during a fitness podcast; however, you know what I’m going to say…we are not alone in life! Just like the ladies talking about others experiencing their fitness journey, there are so many willing to share their journey with Christ.

Many are starting their relationship with Him for the first time. Some have known and had a relationship with Jesus their entire life. Some have had a personal relationship with Him; however have been uncomfortable sharing it. I have found over the past year that in all of these situations, people are openly sharing their belief and, more importantly, their love of our Lord.

I notice families praying before meals in restaurants. I have conversations with friends about prayer and why it works sometimes and not others. Little Jesus’ are appearing in public places 🙂 . We are so NOT alone.

Friends, I know that you know, you are not alone. I suppose Father just wanted me to share the reminder, just like the one I received this morning. There are so many in this world who are willing to support you on this journey through life. Jesus walks beside us every day, and His children are coming together to help each other. Whether you are working on taking care of your body, dealing with grief, or just starting out in your relationship with Christ, you are not alone.

So today, I just encourage you, be there for someone. Let them know they aren’t alone. Have a good day, friends 🙂 .
