It’s been sort of a whirlwind week. We had several events at church, one last night was our annual event to bring awareness and support to the charity partners we assist here in our county. What a wonderful event and so much support for so many who do so much. I’m dragging a bit, but I’m blessed to work with a wonderful group of people, and we just git ‘r done.
This morning, as we end the week, I wanted to end it in prayer. I thank you all as well for your prayers for my brother. Father has been listening, and my brother is improving. We hope to have him break out of the hospital in the next day or so. So, again, I say thank you all for your prayers 🙂 .
You know, I don’t think you can ever have too much prayer. As you begin your day and weekend, take a moment to say this one.
Lord, as this week draws to a close, I thank You for Your faithfulness and love. Grant me the strength to complete my tasks and the wisdom to make sound decisions. Fill me with Your peace and joy, and help me to spread Your love to those around me. Lord, please be with all those who are facing challenges, those who are ill, grieving, or alone. Be with those in the midst of war, open the hearts of your people, and bring peace. Keep me close to you today and guide me in all I do. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
Have a good day, friends, and continued prayers as well for the return of sweet Emily Rea.
Colossians 4:2
Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving.
