Today’s little blog, I thought that instead of an inspirational message from me, I want to encourage you to be an inspiration to others, or to someone. I know, you’re probably thinking “Oh boy”.

No, seriously, how about a little pay-it-forward kind of day for this little community? What can you do to be an inspiration to someone else today? How can you show the light of Christ to someone in a simple way? Here, I’ll toss out a few ideas.

• Buy a cup of coffee for the car behind you in the drive-thru lane.
• Drop a note on a co-worker’s desk that simply says, “Thanks for all you do”.
• Grab some donuts for your team on the way to the office.
• Leave a little extra tip for that server – and write a note on the bill that says Thanks!
• Tell the clerk at the grocery store you appreciate them being there.
• Phone a friend and let them know you were thinking about them.

In each of these little ways, you can show the light and love of Jesus. You don’t need my ramblings to make it happen. Take a moment to be present, to be thankful, and to let others know they are appreciated.
