My husband and I went to see the movie I Can Only Imagine 2 a few weekends ago. The movie is the sequel to one of my favorites, I Can Only Imagine. Both are based on the Christian music group, Mercy Me. The second movie picks up after the group made it big with the song, which is, of course, titled I Can Only Imagine.

I’m not going to go through the entire plot; instead, I will just say, go see this movie. You don’t even have to have seen the first one, but my guess is you’ll see that one too. Both are wonderful movies of the miracles that can be accomplished with faith in our Lord.

The movie we saw a few weeks ago had an underlying theme that kept coming back to the hymn It Is Well with My Soul. I have to admit, I didn’t know the history of that hymn. Take some time to learn more about, oh, my goodness, talk about faith.

This morning, as I was getting ready for work and a busy day ahead, this song has been playing on repeat in my head. I think it’s Father giving me a little message that, regardless of the challenges I may face today, or any day for that matter, He is in control and He will be with me. Isn’t that about all we need? Me thinks so 🙂 .

So friends, I share this beautiful song with you this morning in hopes that it will touch you, give you strength, and peace to know that He is with you. Sorry if it plays on repeat in your head for the rest of the day. Actually, that wouldn’t be a bad thing.
