Well, here we are, in the midst of the big bad boy Ian. It’s been a long night of waiting, listening, and peeking out windows, (not sure why, LOL you can’t see anything). But, over the past 12 hours, I’ve seen God at work. His children helping each other, working on generators, putting up storm shutters for our seniors, helping people get to shelters, people just saying to each other, “message me, I will be with you through this storm”, or “if you have questions, just ask, we will get through this together”.

Today is going to be a tad stressful I’m suspecting. Ole’ Ian is going to make landfall this morning depending on the models you look at. We’ll continue to pray that Father has a hand in this day and shields his children from harm. Then, we’ll come together to clean up the mess. We’re God’s children and we’re Americans, it’s what we do.

Continue to lift your prayers to Father to protect everyone in harm’s way as Ian comes on land. Whether you are here in the Sunshine State or not, I know you are lifting prayers and I know that you are with us all. We are in this together!
