Finding, Healing, Praying

A few days ago in this little blog, I shared a story about a local elderly woman with dementia, she had wandered off and gone missing. The community has come together to search for her, and more importantly, has come together to pray and ask Father to guide the search. Well, I’m happy to report that Margaret has been found alive! She had wandered into a garage of a home and the homeowner, not knowing she was inside closed the door. They then headed out of town to visit family. Through home video footage they were able to see she had entered the garage and worked with authorities to recover Margaret.

Last week I also asked for prayers for a friend who was hospitalized. His diagnosis was not good and heavy-duty prayer ensued. Well, I’m happy to report that he has had amazing healing, even to the point where the nurses were surprised at how well he was doing! He was at church yesterday and feeling well!

Yes my friends, finding the lost, healing the sick, yes, Father hears us praying and is answering those prayers.

You know, we are a strong bunch, the children of God. So many times satan wants us to feel weak, or feel alone. I think we are seeing that the more we come together, the more we lean in and continue to build our relationship with Father the stronger we are. We can fight off the evil that satan throws in our path each day. We can experience the miracles of healing and finding the lost which only increases our faith in God.

Let’s keep doing what we’re doing friends. Lift those needed prayers, be there for one another, share a smile, and keep Father in the center of all that we do. He will guide us and together we will defeat the evil that satan tosses in our path. Have a great day everyone 🙂 .

Deuteronomy 31:6
Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.
