Now where might I be going with the title of today’s little blog? It’s actually going to be a pretty short one today. It’s very simple, I don’t know better than Father what is going to happen in this life. He and only He knows how my life will play out. Yes, I have control over the decisions I make and that will guide some of life’s outcomes, however, if I give it all over to Father and follow the path He wants me to walk, well then, my life more than likely takes a different direction.

I read a prayer this morning that someone wrote, and it is so spot on. It’s what gave me the title to today’s little blog. I’ll share it here in hopes that it might help someone else like it did me. Friends, we really are powerless in this life without Father by our side. When our relationship with Him is strong then we can face anything that comes. When we give this life to Him fully, then He will guide us along the path that He wants us to take. Sometimes that may not be the path we want, or even thought to take, however, if we trust in Him, we will eventually see where He wants us to go. I have to remind myself that I really don’t know better than Father 🙂 .

I think Father showed me this prayer for a reason today friends. I hope it gives you the reminder it gave me.

Heavenly Father, you know every decision I need to make and every challenge I face. Please forgive me for the times I try to figure this life out on my own. I need you. I need your Holy Spirit to give me strength, wisdom, and direction. Please guide me today Father. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
