It’s Worth Repeating

There are just some things that ya, every now and then, they are worth repeating. For instance, I don’t think we can ever say too much, God loves us. A reminder to ourselves every day that we can do all things through Him who strengthens us, is definitely worth repeating. You get the idea, there are just some things worth hearing on a regular basis.

Well, not too long ago in this little blog I shared the 23rd Psalm as we have been praying for Emily Rea, the niece of a dear friend of mine, who has been missing. The Psalm is one that brings comfort and strength in challenging times. Well, we’ve certainly seen those recently, and over the next few days here in the sunshine state, we have more challenges on the horizon.

So as we begin today, and plan for what’s ahead, I think sharing this Psalm for whoever might need to hear it, yes, it’s worth repeating. When it comes down to it, can we really ever read or recite God’s word too much? Nah, I don’t think so.

Psalm 23
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

Have a good day friends, as always, thank for your support, it means so much! Florida friends, another thing worth repeating, please make sure you have prepared accordingly. Listen to instructions from state and local officials, and if you been told to evacuate, please do so. We are Florida Strong, and with Father’s help we will endure.

  1. I hope this gets to you. As with Helene, we are thinking of you and praying for your welfare; that God will be with you in your hearts and minds as you deal with whatever comes with Milton.  Amen.
