Oh Monday where have you been, said no one ever 🙂 . Actually Mondays aren’t that bad, we got this friends. I just thought the best way to start the week is a little prayer to Father. Take a moment to recognize Him, give thanks for the weekend, ask for guidance for the week, and just “be” with Him.
So, a prayer for today, and for the week ahead…
Lord, as I start this new week, I come before You with a heart full of gratitude for the gift of life and the opportunities that lie ahead. I thank You for the rest of the weekend and for the chance to begin anew.
Lord, I pray for Your guidance and wisdom in the decisions I’ll make this week. Help me to be a light to those around me and to act with love and integrity in all that I do. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit so that I may have the strength to face any challenges that come my way. I surrender this week into Your hands, Lord, and I ask that Your will be done in all aspects of my life. May I bring glory to Your name in everything I undertake! In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
