I’ve said it so many times before, but I am so humbled by the community that has formed around this little blog. It’s God’s little blog, not mine. I do my very best to let Him guide the messages that I write here, and goodness knows that He certainly guides the beautiful sunrise and sunset pictures I capture, or those that others send to me.
All of you are so good at lifting prayers when others need them. Today is one of those days when I come to you to do just that. A little prayer goes a long way, and a lot of prayer, well, I think Father takes even more notice 🙂 . I kind of think of it as the squeaky wheel effect 🙂 .
Friends, I just ask today that you lift prayers for two special people. Martha is the mom of a friend of mine. She’s not been feeling well lately, and today she is having some tests. Please pray that these tests yield results and a treatment plan to make her well.
If you could also lift prayers for another friend of ours. Out of privacy, I won’t share his name; we’ll just call him “Pips”. He reads this little blog daily, and if you could just lift him in prayer, as he has a procedure today as well. Prayers to guide the doctor’s hands to bring Pips back to 100%.
The power of prayer, well, it’s unmatched by anything else in this world. I know that these two wonderful people welcome the gift of prayer lovingly. So yes, this morning we lift prayers for answers and for healing, please let the Lord hear our prayers.
Thanks so much, friends, for always being here and for supporting each other, even those you do not know. You are such a blessing.
1 John 5:14
And this is the confidence that we have toward Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
