Do you ever have those days when you just aren’t quite sure where the time went and what the heck you did with it? Ya, that would be my morning so far.

I opted for a different workout routine this morning, and to say it has thrown me all out of whack, ya, that’s an understatement. It just doesn’t pay to work out. KIDDING! It absolutely does, however, I do believe that satan has been having fun in my head all morning.

I’ve been distracted, grumpy, rushed, and every other adjective you can think of. Even though I know better, I let him in, and boy, has he had a field day just stoking all those emotions.

I’ve said it so many times before, whenever we are weakened, whether physically or in spirit, that’s when satan sees an opening. He jumps in just to nudge…

Well, not today satan, not today. Friends, if you are in a state… grumpy, anxious, or whatever emotion, stop, yes, stop. Look up to Father and ask Him to send satan packing. This morning, I just share a prayer for strength for anyone who might need it 🙂 .

Heavenly Father, I come to you this morning to ask for strength. Please fill my heart, mind, and body with your love and your healing power. Clear my mind so that I might focus on you and your works today. Help me to fight off the darkness that your fallen angel loves to spread. Fill me with your goodness that I may share it with all I meet today. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

Friends, let’s have a collective, “Not today satan” moment, and put the Lord first in all we do today. Make it a great day!
